It’s hard to believe it’s been nearly 5 years since I joined HW in January 2020. During this time, I’ve had the opportunity to grow both personally and professionally.
My background in business management and HR, coupled with my hands-on experience as a Valeter, has given me a unique perspective on the challenges and opportunities within our industry.
As a Valeter, we play a crucial role in the customer experience. The final impression a customer has of their vehicle often depends on our work. I’m committed to delivering the highest quality service and ensuring that every car is treated with care.
Over the years, I’ve witnessed significant changes in our industry, from evolving business practices to shifts in recruitment strategies. However, one constant has been my dedication to doing what’s right, regardless of the circumstances.
Recruiting and retaining top talent is essential to maintaining our high standards. I’m fortunate to have a fantastic team who support me both personally and professionally.
I’ve had the privilege to work with many high-end brands, but when it comes to dream cars, the Porsche 911 GT3 RS immediately comes to my mind as I’ve spent a lot of time with the brand and have learned to appreciate it more and more.
Outside of work, I am very proud to say that I’m a Christian man, father of 2 beautiful daughters, I love and honour my wife, and I would do anything for my family! I love travelling and I’m grateful for the opportunities to travel to places like Colombia, Hawaii, and Spain experiencing great food and culture.
I’m excited to see what the future holds for me at HW.
