We have recently presented our longer-serving staff with Long Service Awards for the first time.

Our teams are at the heart of HW Facilities operations. Communication and commitment are key, and we believe that our company values are shared by all. We are very lucky to have such dedicated team of professionals and we acknowledge that the company could not run without them. We are proud to say some of the team are celebrating 10, 15 and even 20 years with us, and are a huge part of the HW family.

Traditionally, there is low average tenure and a high turnover rate in the cleaning industry, so we pride ourselves on our long-term retention numbers, and the loyalty of our staff.

Our Operations Director, Tom Marriott has been visiting all of the employees celebrating an anniversary with us to thank them for their service, and to present them with a Long Service Award voucher and certificate.
