At HW, we pride ourselves on our exceptional team and their incredible dedication. This month, we are thrilled to celebrate these outstanding employees whose hard work, dedication, and positive attitudes have set them apart.
Join us in congratulating the achievements of Gilza Luchi, Kevin Gates, Connor Foster, Patricia Wislawski and Wilmer Lopez Lenis, our Employees of the Month for January 2025. Each of these individuals exemplifies the values and commitment we cherish at HW.
Gilza Luchi. “She has been with us for a long time, and we always receive good feedback from customers. She helps us with all coverage around Exeter.”
Kevin Gates. “Kevin is a long standing member of staff working here for over 9 years. Kevin has always a welcoming smile and hello for onsite visitors and clients. A valued member of the onsite cleaning team always going above and beyond to support the team with the everyday running of the site; nothing is ever too much.”
Connor Foster-Bryan. “He demonstrated lately a good worth ethic, always stepping in to help the team. We really appreciate that during the end of the year deep cleaning, managed to clean alone both cafés. He is leading a team of 6 and during the deep clean period faced a challenge having short staff.”
Patricia Wislawski. “Pat is somewhat of an icon at Experian as she has worked there for so long. Recently, Experian were ranked as one of the World’s Best Workplaces and, as part of this, asked for nominations of colleagues who make it a great place to work. Pat was nominated by several Experian employees, one of them saying “Pat the SJP cleaner makes Experian a great place to work. She’s the friendliest cleaner I think I have ever met, always seems to be working hard and everyone seems to enjoy her presence.” There were multiple responses agreeing with her nomination and it is great to see her being recognised & nominated by Experian employees. CBRE confirmed “Pat is, and always has been, a great asset to our team! ” She is therefore a very worthy winner of the EOTM award.
Wilmer Lopez Lenis. “Wilmer shows nothing but dedication to his role. During the festive season and with several members of staff sick or on annual leave, Wilmer voluntarily took charge of all deep cleaning tasks, allocating staff to complete jobs, and supporting his supervisor with whatever she needed whilst covering the site manager’s annual leave.”

Each of these exceptional employees will receive a certificate of recognition and £50 in Love2Shop vouchers as a token of our appreciation. Their hard work, dedication, and positive attitudes are truly admirable and set an inspiring example for all of us at HW.
