Join us in congratulating the achievements of Denise Lopes de Napoli, Amber Williams and Urszula Puczylowska, our Employees of the Month for April 2025.
Each of these individuals exemplifies the values and commitment we cherish at HW.
Denis Lopes de Napoli “Denise worked as a KP at Malmesbury, but she was helping to cover another site in Chippenham. The weekends are hard to cover there, and she helped several times, covering weekends at last-minute notice, on her days off. Other than that her standards are always high, no matter what she is covering: cleaning, coffee, or kitchen porters shifts.”
Amber Williams “We’ve received some really positive feedback about Amber from the manager and the team on site. Steve (the manager) sent an email about how pleased he and the team are with Amber. She goes above her normal duties every time she attends site and maintains the standards throughout the site.”
Urszula Puczylowska “With all the recent staff changes at site, Urszula has been a huge help, always happy to stay an extra hour if needed. She is happy to get on and do what is needed, always with a smile. Urszula is a huge asset to the Team.”
