Roberth Orellana
Roberth has truly embodied the spirit of teamwork and dedication this month. His readiness to take on any task, regardless of its difficulty or unpleasantness, is remarkable. When faced with an urgent and particularly challenging task, Roberth didn’t hesitate. He stepped up immediately, showcasing his commitment to both our team and clients. His proactive attitude and reliability have had a significant impact, making him a standout performer.
Belmira Fernandes
Belmira is a shining star within our cleaning team and a well-deserving recipient of the Employee of the Month award for May 2024. Her consistent high-level performance and positive attitude make her an invaluable asset. Belmira’s cheerful character and strong teamwork skills ensure she excels in her role while being a pleasure to work with.
Her dedication to maintaining high cleanliness standards and her seamless collaboration with colleagues stand out. Belmira’s excellent work ethic and friendly nature have earned her this well-deserved recognition.
Zaneta Mackiewicz
Zaneta has made a tremendous impact on one of our new contracts, receiving high praise from both the client and her colleagues. According to a glowing review from the client, Zaneta is consistently amazing, always proactive in her tasks, and innovative in improving processes. Her work ethic and dedication have eased the client’s workload and brought a positive energy to the team.
Ivy, Zaneta’s line manager, highlights her outstanding contributions, particularly during the start-up phase of the new contract. Zaneta’s willingness to go above and beyond, always with a smile, has earned her the role of Supervisor. She even attends evening shifts once a week to ensure everything runs smoothly. Zaneta’s outstanding performance and cheerful attitude make her a true star.
Gifty Opare-Amoah
Gifty has earned our Employee of the Month title because of her incredible work ethic and consistent delivery of excellent results. She’s enthusiastic, dedicated, and always reliable. Gifty excels at bringing the team together, communicating effectively, and ensuring the team works efficiently. Her proactive nature helps her handle challenges swiftly, making her an essential part of our team at HW.
