Formerly known as Heath and Wiltshire Ltd, HW Facilities is marking this milestone with a refreshed identity and a renewed commitment to excellence in cleaning and facilities services.

Founded in 1974 by Tom M Marriott, HW Facilities has grown from a humble coachworks company to a trusted partner in the cleaning and facilities management industry, serving over 500 contracts across public and private sectors in England and beyond. The rebrand, which includes a contemporary ‘HW’ logo and the tagline ‘Clean Spaces,’ signifies the company’s dedication to providing pristine environments across various sectors.

Tom Marriott, the founder’s son and current Operations Director, shared his excitement about this new chapter:

“We are excited to embark on this new chapter in our company’s history. It’s been five decades since my father founded Heath and Wiltshire Ltd. Over the years, the cleaning side of the business developed significantly, and we needed a new brand that better represented the scale and operations of the company now.”
