HW Facilities is proud to have supported the official opening last Thursday of the new Destination Porsche Centre Bristol, the flagship development for the Dick Lovett Group has been designed with the customer experience at its core.
In the lead up to the opening and official launch, HW Facilities worked alongside the Dick Lovett team to provide additional commercial cleaning services and vehicle valeting. This work complemented the ongoing routine premises cleaning and valeting provision already in place.
This enhanced support helped ensure the Centre was presented at its very best. The site was ready to welcome customers into a space designed around quality, attention to detail and a personalised experience.
Behind the scenes, teams supported the move to the new purpose-built site. They created clean, well-presented spaces and vehicles that reflected the calibre of the Centre and the standards of the Porsche brand.
The relationship between HW Facilities and the Dick Lovett Group spans more than 20 years, during which time both organisations – as family owned businesses – have grown significantly. A shared commitment to trust, long-term relationships and a personal service remains central to the partnership.
“Projects like this are about supporting clients at important moments and making sure the details are right,” said Tom Marriott, Managing Director at HW Facilities. “Our teams took real pride in their work ahead of the opening. It’s rewarding to see the result of that effort showcased in such an impressive facility. Relationships like this are what facilities management is really about and HW Facilities is proud to continue supporting the Dick Lovett Group as a trusted facilities partner, ensuring high standards are maintained long after the opening celebrations.”
HW Facilities delivers routine commercial cleaning, valeting and window cleaning to the majority of Dick Lovett sites across the South West, operating in partnership with FISco and directly providing commercial valeting services.
