Join us in congratulating the achievements of our Employees of the Month for September 2025. Each of these individuals exemplifies the values and commitment we cherish at HW.
Agnieszka Chzaszcz. She is a fantastic cleaner, who both the clients love. She stood in and worked full time for me some of the time when a colleague was off, plus covering another colleague at a site in Basingstoke & then doing another site in Basingstoke in the evenings starting at 8pm each night for a week.
Aga C will step in at the last minute to help me out if I ask her, which really is a big help to me & her colleagues if we have cover work in a different area due to the travel etc. The client at one site made a point of telling me how good her work is and that she is such a friendly cheerful lady. Same with the staff & management at another site.
Richard Cutler. Richard is a long serving member of the team and is always the first to help out on site when cover is needed and will jump in and help with any task that is required.
Since the recent staff changes on site Richard has become a go-to member of the team for any new starter due to his knowledge of the site and willingness to help them adjust to their role. Overall Richard is a great asset to the team.
Bethany Hicks. Message from client: I’d like to nominate Beth Hicks for Employee of the Month. Beth consistently goes above and beyond in her role.
A prime example of her commitment occurred recently when my car key battery died. Despite having already finished her shift, Beth took the time to drive me to a garage to get a replacement battery, ensuring I wasn’t stranded. This act of selflessness is just one of many instances where Beth has shown she’s willing to go the extra mile to support her colleagues.
Beth’s positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to help, make her an invaluable team member and a deserving candidate for this recognition!
Odette Soares Gomes. Odette has again been complimented highly by site management for going above and beyond. She is always there to cover shifts and is the first with her hand up to help.
Saul Morena. Since receiving guidance, Saul has consistently demonstrated impressive growth as a supervisor. He has shown excellent delegation skills, and he is always willing to step in and take on tasks as needed.
His dedication and effort have been outstanding, and I believe he truly deserves recognition for his contributions. Well done, Saul, and keep up the great work!
