October:
Mary Wood – Message from client: I wanted to pass on our thanks and recognise Mary Wood for her outstanding support during Bolton’s 40th Birthday Party on Wednesday. She maintained thorough cleaning of high-touch areas throughout the event and was a huge help in resetting site at the end of the event. Her steady presence helped the event run smoothly, keeping guest areas clean and welcoming.
Claira Freeth – Claira is an amazing team member and always very smart looking. She is a delight to work with, nothing is too much for her nor too difficult. She puts in her best with all tasks allocated to her with a smile. No matter the time or very short notice given she is willing to help to the best of her abilities.
Tais Tito – She is an excellent professional, always willing to help and improve whenever needed. Since she started working with us, we haven’t had any complaints about her work; on the contrary, we’ve received several compliments from clients. Her commitment and dedication make a real difference every day.
November:
Emmanuel Darkwa – Emmanuel consistently steps in to cover jobs that we have around London and always goes above and beyond when doing so. His reliability and dedication make a real difference to the team.
Amanda Stocker – Amanda has done an outstanding job, quickly bringing the standards up to a whole new level. She has been an absolute asset to the team – working incredibly hard and making a huge difference in such a short period of time. Her dedication and positive attitude truly stand out.
Alphanso Fanceko Rodney – Not long ago, we received some very positive feedback about Alphanso, and since taking on the new contract in London, he has really set the standard for the site. It would be great for him to receive some recognition for his hard work and dedication.
Patrycia Gadomski – Patrycia has helped in covering shifts and always has a positive outlook. She has also been a great help in translating when needed in welfare meetings.
Camilla Martins – Camilla is always willing to step in and support the team. She never hesitates to take on extra shifts when needed and is genuinely committed to helping things run smoothly. She gets along really well with everyone and has already received positive feedback from the client for her reliability and dedication. The client is very pleased.
Omar Reyes – Omar Reyes started on this site in March 2004. He was a cleaning operative, then got promoted to Team leader in 2018. He deputises for the day supervisor whenever she is on leave. He is very dedicated to his work, a great team player, helpful and ready to go the extra mile to ensure that operational requirements are met. He is full of social skills.
December:
Andreia de Andrade – Since she started at the site, Andreia has shown an exceptional level of dedication and care in everything she does. During my last visit, the branch manager shared with me that she is the best cleaner they have ever had, not only because of the quality of her work, but also because she consistently goes above and beyond without ever being asked. Andreia is always polite, helpful, and genuinely cheerful. She brings a positive energy to the site, and it doesn’t go unnoticed.
More recently, Simon, who used to work at the St Philips branch and is now the manager at the new Bedminster branch, asked specifically for Andreia to look after the cleaning there as well when they offered us the contract. I believe this speaks volumes about the trust and confidence they have in her. Andreia is truly a standout team member, and I feel she genuinely deserves this recognition.
Dominika – I just wanted to take a moment to share some feedback we’ve had from the agents in our team for our Leicester cleaner, Dominica. Since she joined us again, the overall cleanliness in the office has noticeably re-improved, which has created a much more comfortable environment for everyone.
Her attention to detail, especially in areas that are currently being overlooked by our morning and previous cleaners (hoovering, toilets, stocking etc), has made a significant difference. It’s clear she takes pride in her work, and her efforts are truly appreciated. Thank you for having her fill in; her positive impact has been very evident, and we hope she can stay with us.
Rodica Sirbu – Rodica is a dedicated cleaning operative based in Malmesbury, who consistently demonstrates reliability, flexibility, and a strong work ethic. She is always willing to support other sites when needed. Even when contacted at short notice, including weekends (in Chippenham), Rodica assists wherever she can.
Her cleaning standards are consistently high, and she is also skilled in coffee operations, adding valuable versatility to the team. Rodica’s positive attitude, commitment, and readiness to help make her an excellent asset to our service delivery.
Hakeem Ajape – Hakeem has started working with us in April 2018. He has been consistently dedicated to his work, helpful and flexible.
He covers different positions and works with all the teams. He is very cooperative; His attendance is great.
Recognition for All of Our Award Winners This Quarter
Each of these exceptional employees will receive a certificate of recognition and £50 in Love2Shop vouchers as a token of our appreciation. Their hard work, dedication, and positive attitudes are truly admirable and set an inspiring example for all of us at HW.
