Each of these individuals exemplifies the values and commitment we cherish at HW.
May:
Sophie A: “Sophie is a good cleaner, reliable, and helps out with covers at the weekend at short notice.”
Tony Dunnage “I just wanted to send you a quick email to let you know what a fantastic job Tony does here at the branch .We only seem to send emails when we have problems so I thought I’d send one with praise. Tony turns up with me at the branch at 6:30 in the morning and works with the team to minimise disruption to colleagues and customers when doing his job. He does his job with pride and doesn’t cut corners. As you know our branch is very old and tatty and in need of a refurb but Tony always manages to make the place smell and look clean after his shift.”
Angela Mostaliuc: “Angela goes above and beyond to ensure standards are always met, she’s such a credit to the HW team, and she just helped us with taking over the new contract in London.”
Adrian Hurtado: “Adrian Hurtado has always proven to be an asset to our buildings; although his level of English is not the best, he has always had a can-do approach, nothing being too much for him. He has also been recognized for his hard work by all clients across sites. Recently, after being off for some time he came back prepared to help all areas in the West Wing and event spaces to give great Audit results. Keep up the great work, Adrian!”
June:
Agata Palak: “I’ve heard many compliments about her, and the recent cleaning audits have been outstanding. They really appreciate her work, it has been mentioned to me it was hard to find the right person there, but now Agata maintains excellent standards. Also, she is always happy to help, and cover other sites if needed.”
Antonio Dinu: “Antonio joined the HW team 2 months ago. Since he joined the cleaning team he demonstrated that is a good worker, reliable and a team player. Nothing is too much for him and he is always willing to help. He settled in very quickly and it’s a pleasure to work with him. He is always on time and always has a smile on.”
Walter Ardito (Danny): “The feedback is absolutely fantastic and is a testament to Danny’s hard work, dedication and behaviour on site. (Danny’s colleague) Rich can only use one arm, Dani regularly assists Rich with general tasks that he would usually struggle with. It would be excellent for Danny to receive this award, as I believe he deserves the recognition. His kindness, awareness, and professionalism truly stand out, and it’s clear he consistently goes above and beyond in his role.”
