Each of these individuals exemplifies the values and commitment we cherish at HW.
Zeila de Paula. The feedback is fantastic and is an excellent reflection of Zeila’s hard work. This feedback was sent straight to the client and its brilliant that they get to see the hard work the cleaning team on site put in.
Lewis Lascella. He has been with us for 13 years and has always been excellent; we’ve never had any issues with him. During our last meeting with the customer, they asked if we could do something to recognise him. The manager said they would nominate him for Employee of the Month.
Leanne Deacon. I’d like to acknowledge Leanne Deacon for her quick-thinking and proactive response during a challenging moment in service. When the conveyor belt on the dishwasher system broke during lunchtime, Leanne demonstrated exceptional initiative, was calm under pressure, and showed a strong team spirit. Although it was not her duty to step in, she took it upon herself to help by using a trolley to transfer dirty plates from the canteen to the pot wash kitchen. Her actions ensured that the service continued to run smoothly with minimal disruption. Leanne’s resourcefulness, dependability, and willingness to go above and beyond reflect a highly professional attitude and a commendable commitment to supporting the wider team.
Adrian Hurtado. Adrian was nominated by the client: “During a flood, Adrian found blue bins to catch water and was so kind in helping to move things out of the way of the biggest drips. We are very grateful!” Note from Supervisor: “Adrians dexterity to always put his best foot forward, and grace at work is admiral and noted”
Recognition for All of Our Award Winners This Month
