HW Facilities are very proud to say well done to Key Account Operations Manager, Irina Serseniuc!

Irina was awarded her BICSc Licensed Assessor role in the spring, and since March 2025 has already participated in the training and assessment of 120 colleagues. In order to qualify, Irina had to achieve her own Licence to Practice (LTP) and a minimum of 7 CPSS Skills.

Irina was featured in the well-regarded BICSc publication, The Standard, for her ‘amazing passion’ and fantastic achievements with the article documenting her journey.
