As we recognise International Women’s Day, we’re proud to celebrate the women whose dedication, expertise, and leadership play a central role in HW Facilities’ success.

Facilities Management is often regarded as a traditionally male‑dominated sector, yet HW Facilities stands as a strong example of how women are not only contributing to the industry — but leading within it. We’re proud that 70% of our management team are women, bringing a combined 80 years of service to the business. Their experience, drive, and creativity continue to shape our standards and facilitate our growth.

From accounts, administration, and HSEQ, to cleaning operatives, site management, and customer support, women play an essential role at every level of HW Facilities. Their contribution not only ensures the day-to-day running of our operations but also drives the innovation, ambition, and quality standards our clients value.
