At HW, we are proud of our exceptional team and their incredible dedication. This month, we are thrilled to celebrate five outstanding employees whose hard work, dedication, and positive attitudes have set them apart.
Join us in congratulating the achievements of Wioletta Borowska, Anita Badenhurst, Guillermo Sanchez, Maria Fernanda Tabares, and Muna Ahmed, our Employees of the Month for March 2025.
Each of these individuals exemplifies the values and commitment we cherish at HW.
Wioletta Borowska: “Wioletta is always happy to help, and I can rely on her in every situation. She does extra work regularly even when I don’t ask her to (for example stairs outside the building, deep cleaning ect). She never complains. She is a strong leader, but at the same time other team members just love her.”
Anita Badenhurst: “Anita is a long serving Member of the Team, she is always happy to stand in as Team Leader when Carol is on leave and puts her all into the job. She is a Team player and always willing to help out others.”
Guillermo Sanchez: “Sanchez has really come into his own in recent months, he does an excellent job with organising the Team, and is always happy to stay behind and help with cleaning up if events run over.”
Maria Fernanda Tabares: “During this last financial month with so many operatives on holiday, Fernanda has proven to be an amazing team player by going the extra mile and covering in another site, giving up her previous beauty sleep in order to help and to have a happy client.”
Muna Ahmed: “Muna stepped in to do a last-minute contamination clean of the washrooms in Dyson Bristol following a blockage that resulted in foul waste. This is outside of her normal work schedule, but she completed the task without moaning, to a high standard and with minimal notice.”
Recognition for All of Our Award Winners This Month
Each of these exceptional employees will receive a certificate of recognition and £50 in Love2Shop vouchers as a token of our appreciation. Their hard work, dedication, and positive attitudes are truly admirable and set an inspiring example for all of us at HW.
