Join us in congratulating the achievements of Danuta Kopacz, Melcolm Gracias, and Mariyanka Georgieva Dimitrove, our Employees of the Month for February 2025. Each of these individuals exemplifies the values and commitment we cherish at HW.

• Danuta Kopacz: “Danuta has been an invaluable member of our team, always stepping in to support HW in any way needed. She communicates well, consistently helps her colleagues, and goes above and beyond in her role. As both a brilliant cleaner and a great supervisor, she sets a high standard for excellence.”
• Melcolm Gracias: “During a particularly important event, Melcolm demonstrated exceptional dedication and teamwork, ensuring that the kitchen operated smoothly under pressure. His proactive approach and unwavering support did not go unnoticed, with one of the chefs specifically praising his efforts, stating that he played a key role in keeping everything running seamlessly. His positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to go above and beyond made a significant difference in the success of the event. Melcolm’s commitment and ability to support the team in high-pressure situations make him a truly deserving candidate for Employee of the Month.”
• Mariyanka Georgieva Dimitrove: “Just some feedback, Our new cleaner Mariana is fantastic, She has settled in the branch and is already loved by a lot of the staff.  She goes above and beyond for all, Very very happy with her here! Good appointment.”
