Each of these individuals exemplifies the values and commitment we cherish at HW.

Jacqueline Malachi. She has been an absolute key member of our team. Despite having a team member off sick, Jacqui stepped in and ensured we maintained our hours, upheld high standards, and kept our audit scores strong. Her support has been invaluable.

Scott Hatton. I’d like to formally acknowledge Scott Hatton for his outstanding support in covering window cleaning duties when required.

Most recently, Scott’s attention to detail and professional approach were clearly demonstrated when he swiftly rectified a number of windows that had not been cleaned to the expected standard. The area in question was a high-profile space due to host senior executive meetings the following day, making the issue both urgent and highly visible.

Thanks to Scott’s quick response and dedication, the matter was resolved promptly, and the results were excellent. His proactive attitude and high standards continue to make a valuable impact.

Esme Bennett. She is a brilliant cleaner; clients love her & the manager at TP Salisbury emailed the office to say how good she was.  

Also, she is always willing to help me out with covers in that area even sometimes at very short notice.
